Looking For Resources For Coaching And Mentoring,
Spiritual Formation Or Pastoral Counseling?

Our Resources Can Help!

Articles

At Living Water Life Coaching, we strive to equip people with the tools, knowledge and information they need to grow beyond where they are presently. Through personal coaching and pastoral counseling services, we are able to provide the coaching and mentoring that people are looking for on a one-on-one basis.

We provide this coaching and mentoring through a Christian life coaching team – made up of Christian life coach professionals with Masters or Doctorate degrees, and the experience and good listening ear that it takes to be an excellent lifecoach (we are not psychiatrists, psychologists, or licensed by the State of Florida).

But many times people are looking for lifecoaching, spiritual coaching, or spiritual mentoring on their own – as well as direction in their spiritual walk and with their spiritual formation. This might mean self-driven coaching and mentoring, or it might mean enhancing family skills or parenting skills.

For this, face-to-face pastoral counseling or a professional life coach is not always desired. Rather, self study aids, books, online resources, and recommended articles are desired.

Perhaps, also, you are a pastor looking for additional aids in your pastoral counseling - or a counselor looking for additional resources.

Looking for lifecoaching / lifecoach resources for coaching and mentoring, pastoral counseling services, spiritual formation, spiritual coaching, spiritual mentoring, family skills, parenting skills, or personal coaching? For an individual, counselor, pastor or a Christian life coach, Living Water Life Coaching offers Christian life coaching resources.

We hope you find these resources to be of beneit.

It is with this goal in mind that we provide these resources. We hope you find them helpful in your search for coaching and mentoring, spiritual formation, pastoral counseling, spiritual coaching and spiritual mentoring.

Caring From a Distance: Technology, Coaching and Life Management
Mary steps down into the cabin of her boat anchored off the Gulf of Mexico. She kicks off her shoes and settles down into her favorite chair as the cell phone rings. The caller is right on time – phoning in for her weekly coaching session in much the same way clients used to come to Mary’s office for a private therapy session. The two exchange greetings, lift a prayer for the Lord’s blessing on their time, and pick up immediately on an assignment Mary had e-mailed after last week’s call...more!

Maturing in Christ: An Introduction to Life Coaching
Ralph is a forty-six year old Christian with three kids, a great job, a solid marriage, and a secure retirement. He’s been actively involved in his church, community, and his kids’ sports teams and activities. Yet Ralph is exhausted, unfocused, and feels he’s just “going through the motions”. While he’s not clinically depressed, he lacks enthusiasm and has no clear sense of what he wants out of life. Does Ralph need a therapist or some medication? Not likely, but he could clearly benefit from working with a life coach...more!

Supplementing Your Income Through Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a relatively new field, becoming established in the early 1990's as an outgrowth of the work of corporate consultants, psychotherapists, and personal success workshops. Counselors were noticing that many clients, while technically finished with their therapy work, were desirous of continuing sessions to move into more of the fullness they wanted for their lives. Their presenting issues were resolved, and managed care companies were insisting on discharge, but the clients wanted to build upon their newfound stability to gain a greater vision for their future. Having healed, they wanted to grow...more!

On Spiritual Formation
"Spiritual formation" is fast becoming a popular phrase in evangelical circles. It identifies an important but also a frequently misunderstood theme in Christian spirituality. For these reasons, I thought I would devote the next couple of NewesLetters to answering a few questions about spiritual formation...more!
