Before joining Living Water Coaching as the Director of our Coaching and E-Help Division, Pat gained wide-ranging leadership experience from her 28-year career with American Express. In addition to running large, multi-million dollar departments, Pat was a Leadership Advisor, Chief Quality Officer, Six Sigma Deployment Champion, and the regional Sponsor for the Christian Diversity Network.  These years of practical experience provide the kind of quality life coaching you’re looking for.

Pat has led small group Marriage and Parenting studies for over the last ten years. She has worked with dozens of healthy couples to enhance their understanding of each other and strengthen their Relationships, Parenting skills and Family Skills. Pat has also been very involved in the community, serving in leadership roles on various educational and church boards. With her unique brand of Christian coaching, she can help people who want to put their faith into action -- or take their ministries to a new level of excellence!

Pat can also offer help for those looking for guidance in their businesses, a further level of Christian coaching. Pat has hundreds of hours of practical experience in leadership development and coaching.

In addition to one-on-one personal coaching, she has taught professionals and leaders topics such as Situational Leadership, Change Management, Project Management, and Continuous Process Improvement. She has taught business classes at the college level and has facilitated team building events and countless problem solving teams. Pat also facilitates The Virtual Leadership Journey for PeopleTek Corporation.

Pat is also a Certified Christian Coach and a Certified Life Coach (ACC), as well as a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training, a program accredited by the International Coach Federation. She has her MBA from Nova Southeastern University, is a certified ‘Leading From Your Strengths Facilitator’, a trained Stephens Minister, and is qualified in Myers-Briggs.
