Dr. Hegstrom, through his own personal process and over 18,000 hours of research, has developed a program that helps families in abusive cycles develop the ability to stop destructive patterns and live healthier lives.

Family Life Skills is being used in over 200 centers worldwide and has over 20 years of tested experience in which the program has become highly effective at solving what would seem to be unsolvable problems in families.
